We’re a fast-growing virtual real estate company looking for a skilled AI & automation expert to help build intelligent tools and agents that save time, eliminate manual work, and streamline business operations.
You’ll work directly with the founder to create systems using tools like N8N, Zoho, OpenAI, and other AI technologies. We need someone who’s not just technical but can think through business challenges and design simple, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage automations using N8N (or Make/Zapier if needed)
Create and deploy AI agents (GPT-based or similar) to assist with tasks like lead qualification, email drafting, data analysis, etc.
Integrate with tools like Zoho CRM, RingCentral, Google Workspace, and others
Build custom internal dashboards or lightweight tools to support team workflows
Automate lead routing, deal tracking, and reporting
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations
Research and implement new tools and technologies to keep our tech stack cutting-edge
Requirements:
Advanced experience with N8N or similar no-code/low-code workflow automation tools
Strong knowledge of AI/LLM tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or AgentGPT
Experience integrating and customizing Zoho CRM and related Zoho tools
Ability to set up and connect APIs, use webhooks, and parse data across platforms
Clear communicator, creative problem-solver, and independent worker
Nice to Have:
Real estate, wholesaling, or sales process experience
Knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
Experience building bots or assistants for chat, email, or customer support
Familiarity with data visualization or internal tooling (e.g., Airtable, Retool)
